Hinamatsuri

A picture for the Japanese Doll Festival on March 3rd, also known as girls day. I'm sorry for any inaccuracies, I didn't particularly want to draw all seven platforms! XD

I love the little Japanese dolls, they're the epitome of cuteness. I don't own any (except for a key ring), but I have a small framed picture that I bought when I was in Kyoto. This deviation is directly inspired from it. [link]

The kimono patterns didn't come out quite as I expected but they were still fun to make. I followed the tutorial made by ~apricot8585. (If you like this kind of thing you should go browse through her gallery, it puts my artwork to shame!)
